?r or <br /> l <br /> ' '.4 <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> •••j'••C~•M~i1 <br /> RESOLUTION N0.351 07 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br /> A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorneys and Basic Image, Inc. have <br /> requested funds to host the 4`h Annual Keiki Aloha Aina Surfing Classic; and <br /> WHEREAS, the goal of this drug and alcohol free event is to get children involved <br /> with positive activities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hawaii National Guard and the Hawaii County Police Department <br /> will be addressing drug education, drug prevention and conduct a Keiki ID program; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to <br /> the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney to be used toward the 4~' Annual Keiki Aloha Aina <br /> Surfing Classic; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $5,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $5,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.271.5271.02 Office of the Prosecuting Attorney $5,000 <br /> Prosecuting Attorney OCE <br /> Misc, Contract Services <br /> (4"' Annual Keiki Aloha Aina Surfing Classic) <br /> <br />
