Mt+,or N <br /> ~~i: <br /> Jiq <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> .''~:'a:~a:~'. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 361 0r7 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, a $15,000 appropriation will be used by the Department of Public Works to <br /> <br /> purchase materials to pave Puako Access road; and <br /> WHEREAS, this will address the community's concerns and help deal with the residents that <br /> tend to block the access roads, using them as their own private parking; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed 16 foot wide asphalt access road will also provide for a fire break <br /> and a route to a possible fire in the area for the Fire Department; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to the <br /> Public Works to purchase materials to pave the Puako Access road; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $15,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-CouncilSVC-Contingency Relief $15,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.38 Department of Public Works $15,000 <br /> Transfer to Highway Fund <br /> (Puako Access Road Paving 020.301.5301.32) <br /> <br />
