~~?vw <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> •'~'oF'+~'~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 376 07 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br /> A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, the Hilo Bay Watershed has requested funds to create a Website; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Website will address goals and strategic actions of the Ocean <br /> Resources Management plans and other related water problems; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hilo Bay Watershed Advisory Group Website will provide an <br /> interactive means of communication as well as outreach and education links that relate to <br /> watershed issues; and <br /> WHEREAS, the mission of the Hilo Bay Watershed Advisory Group is to bring the <br /> community together to understand and protect the ecology of the Hilo Bay Watershed; and <br /> WHEREAS, discretionary funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the <br /> Planning Department and used to support the Hilo Bay Watershed Advisory Group in creating <br /> a Website; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Director is in concurrence with this transfer; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that <br /> the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $3,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $3,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.141.5141.02 Department of Planning $3,000 <br /> Planning OCE, Misc.
