Look at what we, on the west side have been putting up with vis <br /> <br /> a vis development, in the name of progress. The population of the island is self limiting. Business sees that also. And so if you say <br /> <br /> nothing over 90,000 sf the developer will build at 89,000 sf. There will always be a way of getting around it.
