.B. NO. <br /> A BILL FOR AN ACT <br /> RELATING TO ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENTS <br /> BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII: <br /> 1 SECTION 1. This legislation adds a lOt" condition to HRS <br /> 2 345-5 (a) to read as follows: "Any proposed development that <br /> 3 will have an anticipated significant negative impact on the <br /> 4 environment, unless a specific exemption applies. <br /> 5 SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed <br /> 6 and stricken. New statutory material is underscored. <br /> ~ SECTION 3.
