L. All earthwork activity shall conform to Chapter 10, Erosion and Sedimentation <br /> Control, of the [l4awaii] Hawaii County Code. <br /> M. All development-generated runoff shall be disposed of on site and shall not be <br /> directed toward any adjacent properties. A drainage master plan shall be prepazed <br /> and submitted to the Department of Public Works prior to issuance of Final Plan <br /> Approval. Any drainage improvements shall be constructed meeting with the <br /> approval of the Department of Public Works prior to the issuance of a Certificate <br /> of Occupancy. <br /> <br /> N. The new sewer treatment plant shall meet the specifications and requirements of <br /> the Department of Health. <br /> O. A Solid Waste Management Plan shall be submitted to the Department of <br /> Environmental Management for review and approval prior to the issuance of a <br /> Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> P. As identified in the approved Archaeological Mitigation Plan (Appendix C), Site <br /> 23417 shall be preserved. A banier shall be constructed around the site during <br /> construction. Upon completion, buffers shall be established azound the site and <br /> cautionary and interpretive signs shall be posted. <br /> Q. Should any remains of historic sites, such as rock walls, terraces, platforms, <br /> marine shell concentrations or human burials be encountered, work in the <br /> immediate azea shall cease and the Department of Land and Natural Resources- <br /> Historic Preservation Division (DLNR-HPD) shall be immediately notified. <br /> Subsequent work shall proceed upon an archaeological cleazance from the <br /> DLNR-HPD when it finds that sufficient mitigative measures have been taken. <br /> R.
