Until then, we submit that so that there aze <br /> sufficient facts in the public record to suggest that a "superstore" is not only bad for the Big ~ <br /> Island, the proposed `superstore" transaction may be uniquely bad for the beneficiaries of <br /> DHHL. <br /> For the reasons stated herein as well as the reasons asserted in our prior testimony, Ho`omalu <br /> Hawaii urges this council to pass the Original Proposed Ordinance, applicable to all zoning <br /> districts in the County. We look forward to presenting out testimony in person at the meeting <br /> and will be available to answer any questions that the Council may have.
