Specifically, some of the duties of the proposed Cultural <br /> Resources Commission, and that it increased the duties of the Planning Department <br /> without adding necessary staff. I have enclosed a proposed draft 3 of Bill 176, in <br /> "redline" format, showing changes from Bill 176, draft 2 in red, and also a version <br /> showing the proposed Draft 3. Even if these changes aze made, I remain concerned about <br /> the Planning Deparhnent's ability to implement this initiative at the same time as a large <br /> number of other new planning projects that we are currently working on or planning to <br /> begin. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> (~22 <br /> CHRISTOPHER J.
