Ali: •'p <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 402 0~7 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION N0.374-07, RELATING TO <br /> TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED <br /> FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 374-07 transferred $3,000 from Council District 5 <br /> Contingency Relief funds to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for the Hawaiian Paradise <br /> Pazk Neighborhood Watch Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hawaiian Pazadise Park Neighborhood Watch program is not anon-profit <br /> organization and cannot directly receive funds from the county; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hawaiian Pazadise Park Owners Association is anon-profit organization and <br /> will be able to receive the funds, and oversee the operations of the Hawaiian Pazadise Pazk <br /> Neighborhood Watch program; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the <br /> Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for the Hawaiian Paradise Park Owners Association for the <br /> Hawaiian Paradise Park Neighborhood Watch program; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> contingency relief funds from Resolution No. 374-07, which authorized the Office of the <br /> Prosecuting Attorney to transfer funds to the Hawaiian Pazadise Park Neighborhood Watch <br /> Program, will be authorized to transferred these funds to the Hawaiian Paradise Pazk Owners <br /> Association; and <br /> <br />
