(d) At least sixty-seven percent of the required parking shall be standard-sized parking <br /> spaces, and thirty-three percent may be compact spaces except for multiple-family <br /> dwellines which shall all be standard-sized parking spaces. <br /> (e) The director may increase the required number of parking spaces for any use during <br /> plan approval if the director reviews the proposed use and its impact to the <br /> immediate area and finds that the increase will further the public safety, convenience <br /> and welfare. <br /> (f) If there is any doubt as to the requirements for off-street parking for any use not <br /> specifically mentioned or for any other reason, the director shall determine the <br /> required number of parking spaces for such use." <br /> SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material, and <br /> <br /> underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 5. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person or <br /> circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the <br /> ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, <br /> <br /> the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 6.
