(h) Financial Records. <br /> i) The District Boazd shall maintain financial records regazding the <br /> operation and the contracts for supplemental services and improvements. <br /> ii) The District Boazd shall make such financial records available to the <br /> general public during regular business hours upon reasonable notice to the <br /> District Board. <br /> <br /> 7.
