The new sewer treatment plant shall meet the specifications and requirements of <br /> the Department of Health. <br /> Q. A Solid Waste Management Plan shall be submitted to the Department of <br /> Environmental Management for review and approval prior to the issuance of a <br /> Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> R. As identified in the approved Archaeological Mitigation Plan (Appendix C), Site <br /> 23417 shall be preserved. A barrier shall be constructed azound the site during <br /> construction. Upon completion, buffers shall be established around the site and <br /> cautionary and interpretive signs shall be posted. <br /> S. Should any remains of historic sites, such as rock walls, terraces, platforms, <br /> marine shell concentrations or human burials be encountered, work in the <br /> immediate area shall cease and the Department of Land and Natural Resources- <br /> Historic Preservation Division (DLNR-HPD) shall be immediately notified. <br /> Subsequent work shall proceed upon an archaeological clearance from the <br /> DLNR-HPD when it finds that sufficient mitigative measures have been taken. <br /> T.
