SECTION 6. The revisor of ordinances shall insert an annex at the end of chapter 35, <br /> <br /> Hawaii County Code, that lists the County of Hawaii Kailua Village Business Improvement <br /> <br /> District No. 1 and ordinance number established by this Ordinance. This annex shall not be <br /> <br /> deemed to be part of the chapter. <br /> SECTION 7. If any provision of this Ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of <br /> <br /> the Ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this <br /> end the provisions of this Ordinance are severable. <br /> SECTION 8.
