UH-2492, <br /> REPLY TO BRUCE WITCHER'S 7/5/2007 LETTER <br /> REQUESTING APPROVAL TO I1SE THE TWO INJECTION WELLS <br /> On behalf of the subject request, you are hereby authorized to <br /> use the two injection wells for treated sewage effluent disposal <br /> under the following conditions: <br /> 1. This written authorization does not override or cancel any <br /> prior or future requests for information related to the <br /> construction, testing, or operation of the injection wells. <br /> Furthermore, this authorization does not override <br /> conditions, requirements, or limitations on the treatment <br /> plant by other regulatory agencies; <br /> 2. The injection wells shall be operated and maintained in a <br /> safe and secure condition; <br /> 3. An injection well failure or overflow shall be reported to <br /> the UIC program within 24 hours of occurrence and shall be <br /> expeditiously resolved by the facility; <br /> 4. Prohibited are discharges of hazardous wastes, industrial <br /> wastes, rainfall runoff water, and in general, all types of <br /> wastewater that do not represent treated sanitary wastes <br /> from a residential community; <br /> iats_.__.._...... . <br /> <br />
