There was an 11 % increase in DUI arrests in Hawaii county from 1127 in <br /> 2005-06 grant period to 1251 2006-07 grant period year. <br /> ? Based on statistics and breath/blood test results received as of 10/19/07, <br /> there was an 8.5 % decrease in DUI fatalities during current grant period, <br /> Oct. 1, 2006-September 30, 2007 compared to grant period 2005-06. <br /> ?
