~vv or <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ••,~OS~M•+' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 437 0'7 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br /> A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, funds as been requested by community volunteers to conduct the <br /> Hawaiian Independence Day Celebration and the Pahoa Christmas Parade; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation, Culture and Arts Division to be used to coordinate the <br /> Hawaiian Independence Day Celebration, the Pahoa Christmas Parade and additional activities <br /> or projects designed to perpetuate the diversity of our Island's cultural practices and traditions <br /> sponsored through the Culture & Arts Section of Hawaii County; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $4,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $4,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5517.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $4,000 <br /> Culture/Arts OCE <br /> (Hawaiian Independence Day Celebration and <br /> the Pahoa Christmas Parade) <br /> <br />
