MtY os y- <br /> ~'`V L~; <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 441 07 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br /> A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, Waiakea Recreation Center boxing facility is in need of new boxing <br /> equipment (boxing ring foam, canvas and padding); and <br /> WHEREAS, Waiakea Recreation Center boxing facility is heavily used in East <br /> Hawaii where youths and adults come to train and practice; and <br /> WHEREAS, for the public safety, people using the boxing facility have requested <br /> funds to purchase, replace and ship the new equipment to the Waiakea Recreation Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated <br /> to the Department of Parks and Recreation to be used towards the purchase and shipping cost <br /> of new boxing equipment at the Waiakea Recreation Center; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $1,500 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 0]0.101.5101.91 Clerk-council SVC -Contingency Relief $1,500 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $1,500 <br /> Recreation Division OCE <br /> (Waiakea Recreation Center- <br /> Boxing Equipment & Shipping) <br /> <br />
