U8 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, a request for funds has been made by the Department of Parks and <br /> <br /> Recreation to cover the final expenses for the completion of the Ho`oko Street Park Backstops; <br /> <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to <br /> <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation -Transfer to Capital Project Fund - G for the Waikoloa <br /> Community Development Corporation, a domestic non-profit organization, created for the <br /> <br /> purpose of promoting community facility development and related programs in the Waikoloa <br /> <br /> Village area; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> <br /> APPROPRIATION: $5,500 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $5,500 <br /> <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation $5,500 <br /> Transfer to Capital Project Fund - G <br /> (District 9 Park Improvements - <br /> Ho`oko Street Park Backstop <br /> 110.599.5599.92.115) <br /> <br />
