Second, I urge all the councilmen/women to work on a bill <br /> <br /> or ad amendment to this bill on manmade hills and the danger homeowners who live there are facing. I had no <br /> knowledge on this issue when I bought my home and none was disclosed to me since there's no requirements by <br /> <br /> the county from the developers. We have to use the preventive method which is known to be less costly in every <br /> aspect of our lives than the cure. Let us work together and <br /> help instead of hinder.
