?rw~ <br /> ~l~- ..L <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> s <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 464 U8 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, Kealakehe Project Grad is a community based non-profit organization <br /> comprised of Kealakehe High School students and their families, school staff and alumni, and <br /> local businesses and organizations; and <br /> WHEREAS, the mission of Kealakehe Project Grad is to promote safe driving and <br /> camazaderie for the Kealakehe High School graduating seniors and to provide afun-filled, drug <br /> and alcohol free celebration with food, entertainment and activities; and <br /> WHEREAS, objectives of Kealakehe Project Grad aze to educate students and families <br /> about the consequences of drug and alcohol use and impaired driving, and ensure a safe and <br /> <br /> healthy alternative to the traditional graduation "party-hopping" that usually involves drinking, <br /> drugs and driving; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Liquor Control to be used to help fund Kealakehe Project Grad, and defray <br /> some of the cost and expenses associated with the event; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $10,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $10,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.251.5251.39 Department of Liquor Control $10,000 <br /> Public Programs, Misc.
