~tY Oi x- <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> »~OI N~~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 46'7 tI8 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TO AMEND SALARY ORDINANCE N0.07-76 BY <br /> AMENDING SECTION 7.02(B) BY DELETING THE ASSISTANT HOUSING <br /> ADMINISTRATOR CLASS AND ADDING THE ADMINISTRATIVE <br /> SERVICES OFFICER III AND SENIOR ACCOUNT CLERK CLASSES OF <br /> WORK. <br /> WHEREAS, Section 3-13, Hawaii County Charter provides for interim amendments to the <br /> Salary Ordinance to be made by resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 7 of Salary Ordinance 07-76 lists the classes of work and compensation <br /> for persons employed by the County other than those whose pay is otherwise provided for; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 7.02(b) of Salary Ordinance 07-761ists the classes of work in the Office <br /> of Housing and Community Development; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Office of Housing and Community Development is implementing a <br /> reorganization and reclassifying its positions; and <br /> WHEREAS, position no. HO-000206 Assistant Housing Administrator, EM-03, is being <br /> reallocated to the Administrative Services Officer III, EM-O5, class; and position no. HO-00034 <br /> Special Projects Coordinator, SR-20, is being reallocated to the Senior Account Clerk, SR-13, class. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> HAWAII that Section 7.02(b) of Salary Ordinance No. 07-76 be amended as follows: <br /> Section 7.02(b) OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. <br /> OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT. <br /> <br />
