It was soon after realized that the Bill was <br /> drafted on a Senate Bill template. This is why the copies you received look like a Senate Bill <br /> (S.B. NO.). This draft has the proposed amendments to HB 661 HD1 that would establish a <br /> comprehensive public funding for elections to Hawaii County Council program as per resolution <br /> 439-07 introduced and discussed in the Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations <br /> Committee on December 18, 2007.
