COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. `}84 U8 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, Coordinated Services for the Elderly maintains a comprehensive and <br /> coordinated system of services for older individuals; and <br /> WHEREAS, these services include promoting maximum independence and dignity in a <br /> home environment, through employment and volunteer opportunities, nutrition services, support <br /> services, and multi-purpose senior centers; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Elderly Activities Division has requested support and assistance in <br /> purchasing various equipment items for the West Hawaii office; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation, Elderly Activities Division to purchase a Lap Top <br /> Computer, LD. Softwaze /PVC Card Printer and accessories to enhance their ability to service <br /> elderly clients in West Hawaii; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> Following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $4,750 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $4,750 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.481.5481.03 Department of Parks and Recreation $4,750 <br /> Coordinated Services-Eqp <br /> (Coordinated Services-EQP, Computer Eqpt.) <br /> <br />
