_ _ d.,.,,,,.,,., 1 <br /> MtY Of N TI <br /> la i <br /> ••~J~ <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. `I89 08 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER FISCAL YEAR AND OF <br /> MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR FOR AMULTI-YEAR LEASE OF A COPIER FOR THE OFFICE <br /> OF AGING <br /> WHEREAS, Section 10-11 of the County Charter requires that any contract, lease or other obligation <br /> requiring payment of funds from the appropriations of a later fiscal year or of more than one fiscal year be <br /> approved by resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii wishes to enter into amulti-year lease agreement for five (5) years for <br /> one (1) copier for the Office of Aging; and <br /> WHEREAS, their current copier is generating unsuitable copies and is beyond repair; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Office of Aging is looking for a comparable copier with a higher capacity to meet the <br /> steady increase/demand in their office. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a five (5) year lease agreement of a <br /> copier for the Office of Aging. <br /> 2.
