Responsible for planning, coordinating activities relative to <br />enforcement of statutes and rules of commission within liquor <br />licensed establishments. <br />2. Supervise inspection and investigative function, prepare work <br />schedule, assign follow-up investigations. <br />3. Resolve personnel problems, determine training needs. <br />4. Assists in preparation of report on application for liquor <br />licenses. <br />5. Conduct final inspection on premises to be licensed <br />6. Imposes fines or punishment. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE DIVISION <br />Private Secretary <br />1. Assist Director in administrative matters and liaison to related <br />agencies. <br />2. Assists Director in the preparation of reports, analyses and studies. <br />3. Prepares and maintains applicant's file. <br />4. Assist& in licensing and enforcement for completion of reports to <br />the board and commission. <br />5. Assist in providing all clerical duties to the commission and board. <br />6. Fiscal records, reports, payroll. <br />7. Personnel data. <br />8. Prepare periodic reports to county agencies. <br />Hearings Reporter <br />1. Provides all clerical and secretarial services to the commission <br />and board. <br />2. Assist the Licensing Investigator <br />3. Assists the enforcement division with various reports. <br />4. Is the Systems Administrator, <br />Clerk -Stenographer <br />1. Assist Hearings Reporter <br />2. Assist Clerk -typist <br />3. Maintains correspondence files <br />4. Maintains all enforcement files <br />5. Post accounts receivables and payables <br />6. Tracks mileage, gas, and time sheets for all investigators. <br />Clerk -Typist <br />1.
