Transfer of a mechanic may solve problem. <br />Hilo Landfill Closure will result in increased wear/tear of equipment hauling to West Hi. <br />S. Kohala Water Reclamation System is budgeted for installation in FY99-00. If Division <br />washes equipment and parts, System is mandated by EPA to protect ground contamination. <br />16 <br />
