vvw~ <br /> ~~y s <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 496 OS <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, Elderly Activities Division, Special Programs provides individuals 55 years <br /> and older with a variety of countywide, statewide, international events in recreation, sport events <br /> (Senior Golf Tournaments, Kupuna Softball League & Tournaments & State Senior Softball <br /> Tournament, State Senior Bowling Tournaments), health and leisure events (Wellness Fair), <br /> performing arts events (Kupuna Hula Festival), and other activities countywide like the Kupana <br /> Games, Holiday Bash, Senior Olympics, etc; and <br /> WHEREAS, the goal of Elderly Activities Division, Special Programs, is to promote <br /> health, wellness, and to assist the elderly to have busy active lives; and <br /> WHEREAS the Elderly Activities Division has requested support and assistance in <br /> purchasing various equipment items for the West Hawaii office; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation, Elderly Activities Division, Special Programs, to <br /> purchase a Hewlett Packard 880c color inkjet printer and a Hewlett Packard 21001aser jet printer <br /> to replace existing equipment that is not cost effective to repair; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $1,250 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $1,250 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5519.96 Department of Parks and Recreation $1,250 <br /> EAD Special Programs Eqpt <br /> Computer Equipment & Software <br /> (EAD Printers) <br /> <br />
