BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> <br /> We are requesting the above appropriation in accordance with Resolution No. 436-07 which was introduced <br /> by Councilman Dominic Yagong. The Resolution transfers $20,000 from Council's Contingency Relief Fund <br /> to the Sewer Fund, which is to be used as a grant for the Ka Hale O Na Keiki Preschool Project.
