Order No. 13166 <br /> and U.S. Department of Justice, Guidance to Federal Financial <br /> Assistance Recipients Regarding Title VI Prohibition Against <br /> National Origin Discrimination Affecting Limited English <br /> Proficient Persons; the Hawaii State Fair Employment Practices <br /> Act, Chapter 378, Hawaii Revised Statutes; and all other <br /> applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations. <br /> 10. Grantee assures Agency that if it is <br /> required to formulate an Equal Employment Opportunity Program in <br /> accordance with 28 C.F.R. 42.301 et seq. it will submit a <br /> certification to Agency that a current program is on file. <br /> 11.
