<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> rSY Oi <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br /> <br /> BILL NO. 222 <br /> (Draft 2) <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 07-83, AS AMENDED, <br /> RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF <br /> FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2007 TO JUNE 30, 2008. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 07-83, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements <br /> <br /> and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008, is hereby <br /> amended by establishing the program appropriations listed on the attached Exhibit B. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from the lapsed fuel tax <br /> funds for various appropriations established by Ordinances No. 00-139, 01-26, 01-105, <br /> <br /> 03-62, 03-165, and 04-131, as shown on Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall <br /> <br /> not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect <br /> without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br /> ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
