On January 6, 2008, Ms. Schuff <br /> experienced a pulmonary embolism while snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach in Kona. The <br /> life-saving care she received from Water Safety Officer Sean Gallagher was vital for her <br /> favorable outcome.
