BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> During the Council's review of the FY 2007-08 Operating Budget, three (3) Fire Fighter positions budgeted at <br /> $39,744 each, totaling $119,232, were de-funded.
