BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> Bids for the Waiakea Houselots Sewers, Phase It project was opened in <br /> February 1998. Resurfacing of the various streets which would be <br /> affected by the project was included as an additive bid item. The <br /> affected streets include Kalanikoa Street, Laukapu Street, Hinano <br /> Street, Mililani Street, Nahale Way, Lanikaula Street, Hualani Street, <br /> Leilani Street, Manono Street and Kawili Street.
