Even unsophisiticated youth understand how helpful it will be to <br /> have public places free of tobacco smoke. <br /> Often, young people under eighteen do explain this very well to their parents and other <br /> adults. <br /> Please support our youth in their child-like wisdom. They'll say that tobacco smoke is <br /> harmful to youth and other living creatures. <br /> I must commend the Council for addressing this important issue.
