Naeole Lre no Council Member Date: February 19, 2008 Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 218, Draft 2 An Ordinance Amending Chapter 14, Article 13 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), Related to a Ban on Soliciting for Money or Objects of Value Attached is a proposed amendment to Draft 2 of Bill 218. This amendment would correct formatting errors in the bill. My proposed changes to Draft 2 of Bill 218, are ramseyered and shown in bold font as follows: "SECTION [211. Chapter 14, article 13, [seetiee] sections 14-74 and 14-75, Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), [is] are amended [by amending] to read as follows: Section 14-74. Definitions.
