_ ..e <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 1•• <br /> „~O~~M~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 543 d8 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br /> A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, the Keaukaha Community Association has requested funds to purchase a <br /> video surveillance system for the Kawananakoa Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Kawananakoa Center has in past experienced vandalism; and <br /> WHEREAS, the video surveillance system may reduce crime as it will deter <br /> vandalism and theft and may help with the identification and the possible prosecution of the <br /> perpetrator(s); and <br /> WHEREAS, the surveillance system will ultimately help to protect valuable assets <br /> and sensitive areas of the Kawananakoa Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated <br /> to the Department of Parks and Recreation to be used towards the purchase of video <br /> surveillance system for the Kawananakoa Center; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FlTND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $15,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-council SVC -Contingency Relief $15,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.06 Department of Parks and Recreation $15,000 <br /> Recreation Div.
