Sugar Mill Road is a private road that has been open to <br /> and used by the public for many years. Although it has appropriate speed limits and stop <br /> signs, traffic whizzes down the road at high rates of speed. Few motorists stop at the <br /> stop signs. ATV's and other unlicensed vehicles use the road throughout the day and <br /> night. It attracts illegal activities; a few months ago, a body was found at the end of <br /> the road.
