Olson Family Foundation, for purchase of protective fire gear for the Pahala <br /> <br /> Volunteer Fire Department. <br /> <br /> Pursuant to Article XIII, Section 13-12, Hawaii County Charter, the Council, on behalf of the <br /> County, may accept gifts or donations of personal property. <br /> <br /> A letter of appreciation will be sent to the Edmund C.
