<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> r<Y os N <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br /> <br /> BILL NO. <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-253.1, schedule 1.1 (15 mile <br /> <br /> per hour limit), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as <br /> amended), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as <br /> <br /> follows: <br /> "O 'bma`o Street, from Kaumana Drive to a point six hundred feet in the <br /> southeasterly direction.,, <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken <br /> material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br /> person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
