This <br /> draft contains the amendment to Draft I increasing the minimum amount required to be <br /> maintained by the fund from $200,000 to $1,000,000, which was approved by the Council on <br /> February 21, 2008. <br /> The amendment to section 2-181 was ramseyered and shown in bold font as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 2-181, Expenditures from fund. <br /> The proceeds from the fund shall he used for the necessary expenses in <br /> administering and carrying out the purposes of the geothermal relocation and <br /> community benefits program.
