Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br /> <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br /> <br /> described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Neighborhood Commercial 10,000 square feet (CN-10): <br /> Lot 1-A: <br /> Beginning at the South West Corner of this parcel of land and the North West <br /> corner of Lot 3-A-1, a portion of Lot 3, Block 27, Grant 8707 to Kitaro Takahashi and on <br /> the East side of Manono Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br /> Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALM" being 1,903.00 feet South and <br /> 9,146.00 feet East, as shown on Government Survey Registered Map No. 2566, and <br /> running by azimuth measured clockwise by true South: <br /> 1. 180° 00' 60.00 feet along the East side of Manono <br /> Street; <br /> Thence, along the same on a curve to <br /> the right with a radius of 30.00 feet, <br /> the chord azimuth and distance <br /> being: <br /> -1- <br /> <br />
