<br />Pursuant to FIRS 1 -28.5, notice is hereby given that a public hearing of the County Council's Committee on Finance
<br />will be held to hear public testimony regarding Resolution 551 -08 (Comm. 1062), which authorizes the payment of
<br />funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal year for a multi -year contract for a Waste -To- Energy facility
<br />as an alternative method of disposing Solid Waste handled by the Hilo Landfill.
