P: l"~~ ~j,.4 <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> •y., <br /> O~.M'„ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 568 OS <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, the Halawa cemetery plays an integral part in the lives and history of the <br /> people of North Kohala; and <br /> WHEREAS, time and weather has burdened the cemetery access, making it unsafe and <br /> uninviting to access; and <br /> WHEREAS, the North Kohala community has requested that the trails and path leading <br /> <br /> to the cemetery be rebuilt and cleaned; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Public Works, to be used to help fund the maintenance of the access trails and <br /> roads to the Halawa cemetery; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $40,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $40,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Public Works $40,000 <br /> Trans To Cap Proj-G <br /> (Halawa cemetery repaving) <br /> <br />
