,,~~ff~~~~ a''•~ <br /> tI,•'~y ,4 <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> '~'o:'M~'~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 569 08 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, the Pu`u`eo Community Center, located at Clem Akina Park is a vital <br /> component of the Pu`u`eo community; and <br /> WHEREAS, the existing refrigerator located in the Center is no longer useable; and <br /> WHEREAS, the refrigerator is a necessary component of the kitchen facilities at the Center; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, lack of proper refrigeration would create a hazdship for those who utilize the <br /> kitchen facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the <br /> Department of Pazks and Recreation to be use towazds the purchase of a new refrigerator for the <br /> Pu`u`eo Community Center; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $800 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $800 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks & Recreation $800 <br /> Recreation Division OCE <br /> Equipment Repairs/Machines <br /> (Pu`u`eo Community Center Replacement Refrigerator) <br /> <br />
