~t~ 0I <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> A~ <br /> '1i~ oi~M~+' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5'71 08 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br /> WHEREAS, a site visit was done to assess the Waikamalu Stream Bridge, Bridge #32-3 <br /> (TMK 3-2-002:027); and <br /> WHEREAS, the repair of the Waikamalu Stream Bridge will enhance the safety and well <br /> being of citizens who customarily use this bridge; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 for $20,000 will be <br /> appropriated to the Department of Public Works for the repair of the Waikamalu Stream Bridge in <br /> Nlnole, District of Hamakua; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $20,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $20,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Public Works $20,000 <br /> Transfer To Capital Proj Fund - G <br /> (Waikamalu Stream Bridge Rehab-Hamakua) <br /> <br />
