This report provides the reconciled balanq* <br /> the fair share account as of June 30, 2007 and updates the last report (dated May 25, 2007) that <br /> provided the balance as of June 30, 2006. <br /> <br /> The primary intent of this annual report is "for the council's review and use in the formulation of <br /> the capital budget" (Hawaii County Code section 2-162.1(a)). The fair share contributions are the <br /> most significant of all community benefit assessments and exactions in terms of generating a <br /> revenue source or in-kind contributions for capital improvements.
