Specifically, we agree to <br /> the following: <br /> <br /> a. Land area: 8.467 acres <br /> b. Valuation: $563,259.65 <br /> The Department of Parks and Recreation and the Planning Department will credit the <br /> above land area and valuation against Parker Ranch's 2020 Master Plan (zoning <br /> ordinance 02-25) fair share obligations. Since we are agreeing to your trail easements' <br /> areas, alignment and valuation as proposed, please have the Planning Department <br /> formalize the agreement and we can commence execution of the easement documents. <br /> <br /> Please get back to me if you have any questions.
