We have consulted with the Planning Director on this <br /> matter and he is in concurrence. Upon approval of your Board of Trustees on the trail easements' <br /> areas, alignments and valuation as proposed, we will request the Planning Department formalize <br /> the agreement and we can commence execution of the easement documents. <br /> I trust this letter, with the enclosures of the new proposed easement maps and metes and bounds, <br /> will be sufficient for Parker Ranch to move forward on approving the request.
