The proposed amendment reads as follows: <br /> <br /> "(c) This section shall not apply to County employees included in the civil service <br /> pursuant to HRS Chapter 76." <br /> <br /> <br /> The proposed amendment to draft 3 of Bill 209 is ramseyered and highlighted in bold.
