I feel strongly <br /> <br /> that there should be a designated area for anyone that chooses to <br /> smoke. I wonder how much thought was given to people crossing the <br /> county line at our beaches to smoke on the state side of the <br /> shoreline, and then toss cigarette butts into the oceanM How will <br /> that affect the fish and other sea life? What about our police officers, are there enough <br /> of them to now be hampered with enforcing obvious non-criminal actions of <br /> citizens?
